I can see my life changing after doing these especially during my recovery phase.
Not saying that I’m good enough, just lebih kepada random sharing :) especially for those yang nak start a new life tapi don’t know nak start dari mana. This is what i do.
1) Wake up early before subuh.
2) Mandi and bersihkan diri before subuh masuk.
3) Wuduk awal and tunggu waktu solat, solat sunat sebelum solat fardu subuh.
4) Baca al mathurat pagi & petang.
5) Wajib ambil breakfast.
6) Try untuk masuk office awal/ on time.
7) Solat dhuha, tak sempat 4, just do 2 rakaat at least everyday.
8) Cook a meal by myself/ do laundry / mengemas etc.
9) Jogging, run, walking at least 5-6 km/day – untuk release stress.
10) Do a simple act of kindness— tolong orang, tolong kucing, buang sampah, bertegur sapa dengan pak cik mak cik penjual, bercakap dengan kucing, bagi makan etc.
11) Spend time dengan our Creator between maghrib and isya’— mengaji, dengar ceramah/ podcast/ motivation/ tadabbur/ talaqqi.
12) Spend time with housemate/ partner/ mom and dad (by calling or VC) and make them happy.
13) Try to sleep before 10 pm, paling lewat midnight. Take a nap juga before zuhr — bila bangun jadi fresh sikit.
14) Exploring new things — crafting & DIY, trying out the new recipes, etc.
15) Reading ilmiah stuffs — buku fiqh, tauhid, adab/ motivational.
16) Journalling the progress of healing — to release your emotions and burden
17) Spend less time on soc med. And some of the platforms pun I sendiri dah start untuk kurangkan. The shorter time spending on soc med, the happier you are.
18) Bangun malam or sejam before subuh/ qiam — it’s time to talk with our creator.
19) Forgiving ourselves and others — this is the crucial step. jangan tidur before doing this.
20) Do your task one by one. Learn to rest, not to quit. Ada kadang kadang rasa stress, that’s normal. Relax jap.
21) When u start to overthink, sleep tau. Maybe sometimes kita penat, that’s why kita patut shut down jap our brain.
22) Decluttering your social media.
23) Don’t respond to negativity/ jangan berdebat.
24) For everything yang berlaku, always remember ini kehendak Allah, and we will face it smoothly. In shaa Allah. Have faith.
25) In every situation, have sabr (patience) and bertenang. You can see everything dengan lebih clear. Talk to your creator.
26) Dalam satu hari, wajib untuk kita cari time untuk baca Quran. Everything ada dalam Quran. You should explore more!
27) Don’t forget to read al Mulk every night, al kahfi every jumaat.
